Contractor must attest that it has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate in the line of business offered in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the jurisdiction wherein it is providing services. Provide copy of memorandum of association. 3. Vendor shall have revenues of at least BDT 15,000,000 during each of the prior two (2) years and has been operating in a positive position in at least one of the two years. Provide the copy of latest two years certified financial statements highlighting the revenue and profit figures. 4. Vendor must have successfully and continuously been engaged in providing Onsite IT Support services to firms in Dhaka, Bangladesh like those required (similar service) in this RFP over the last three (3) years.
