Consulting Firm (National) (Lump-Sump)
Brief Description of Assignment: Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) on behalf of ICT Division is organizing, Smart Bangladesh Summit 2023, the flagship event of ICT Division, during 5-7 October 2023. The event will be organized to Showcasing of ICT products & services, Startup Summit, Conference, Seminar, Concert and exhibition of success stories of Digital Bangladesh. Bangladeshi Event Management/ Advertising companies, experienced in working with Govt./Autonomous bodies, are requested to participate in this EoI.
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: The firms must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Must have a minimum of 7 (seven) years of overall experience and a minimum of 3 (three) years experience in providing related services.
2. Must have technical resources and facilities available for executing related services;
3. Must have experience in arranging 5 (five) IT-related Programs/Events among them at least 2 (two) programs attended by Honorable President/ Prime Minister as chief guest.
4. Must have full-time Team Leader, PR & Media Director, PR & Media Strategy Planner, Creative Director, Content Development Manager, PR Manager, web developer, Digital/Social media planner, Graphic Designer, Content Developer, and other human resources having experience in organizing National/International events.
5. Must have sufficient liquid assets, as working capital or credit line(s) of a minimum of 1 (one) crore taka.
6. Must submit up-to-date audit reports of the previous 3 (three) years;
7. Must submit valid updated Trade license, Income tax certificate, VAT Registration certificates, and Certificate of Incorporation.
8. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 (Rules 54)
Other Details (if applicable): Submit the EoI on or before 12:30 PM on 30-07-2023 in person. No electronic copy will be accepted.
