The BANGLADESH POWER DEVELOPMENT BOARD in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Preparation of shop & Detail Drawings with As built Drawing Providing Detail Materials Specification, Including Renovation, Reconstruction, Re-arrangement, Modernization and Beautification Works and Supplying of Necessary Office Furniture for the office of Power Division Such as office Room of Honorable State Minister, MPEMR Secretary, Power Division Conference room and other officer's room of Power Division with other related works at Bidyut Bhaban, 10th Floor(South Block), BPDB, 1, Abdul Gani Road,Dhaka-1000. Eligibility of Tenderer: 1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10[Ten]years 2) The minimum specific experience (such as Interior Design, Beautification, Office Rearrangement etc.) as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Interior Design, Beautification, Office Rearrangement and construction works of at least 2[Two] contract(s) of 600.00[Six Hundred] square meters floor area per contract successfully completed within the last 5[Five]years, each with a value of at least Tk.6.00 [Six] crore. Must be submitted work completion certificate from Government/ Semi-Government /Autonomous organizations. Experience Certificate of similar nature work to be submitted with the Letterhead Pad of the Organization under which the work is completed. 3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 11.0[Eleven] Crore over best 3[Three] years in the last 5[Five] years. Must be submitted recent up to date work completion certificate for comply the Tenderer Construction Turn over. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities / Unconditional Bank Guarantee of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.5[Two Point Five] Crore. Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance/ Unconditional credit facilities as per PW3A-7format. 5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be 6.50 [Six Point Five] Crore. 6) Other’s criteria , terms and condition stated in the Tender Document.
