(b) The Tenderer shall have Updated Trade License/ Certificate of Incorporation, VAT Registration and Income Tax Certificate. (c) The Tenderer shall not be insolvent, bankrupt or in receivership and shall not be debarred for entering the contract. (g) The minimum specific experience as Supplier of similar Goods: Satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 5,00,00,000.00 (BDT Five Crore Taka only) under one (1) contract in the last five (5) years, i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (h) The minimum supply capacity is 600 (Six Hundred) nos. of items (Desktop Computers and/or Printers and/or Multimedia Projector with Screen and/or Line Interactive UPS) in any one year within last 3 (three) years, i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. (i) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., bank balance, working capital, unconditional credit line(s) or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 5,00,00,000.00.
