The Sylhet Gas Fields Limited in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Recommendation about Hand over of the Plant with Observations. To ensure that the assignment will be executed in an efficient and timely manner, the Consultant is expected to include in its project team qualified and experienced personnel. The Consultant will carry out the assignment using modern and up-to date techniques of the petroleum industry and will be expected to have worked extensively with International Petroleum Standards (e.g. DIN, ANSI, ASME). The Consultant will work in close co-operation with Project Director of who will render all counterpart assistance to the Consultant in carrying out the assignment. The consultant will render to SGFL all necessary advice to ensure the successful implementation of the Project. It is understood that SGFL will seek/receive and the Consultant will promptly render/initiate all such advice in time. SGFL will normally act upon the advice of the Consultant. In general the Consultant will keep SGFL informed through Project Director the progress of work particularly with reference to problems that could cause delay in implementation of the project.
