The PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (PWD) in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Remaining works (Retaining wall, Connecting Road with Pavement, CNC Cutting with 5mm thick M.S Plate, Electrification) Ancillary works at Kaliakair Upazila Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center at Gazipur District Under the Project of Establishing 560 model Mosques and Islamic Cultural Centers in the Zila and Upazila of Bangladesh Eligibility of Tenderer: This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. similar construction work of amounting to Tk.1.35 Crore only in a single contract in last 5 (Five) years. c) The Tenderer must process: Up to date valid Trade license, up-to-date ABC license with supervisory license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk.1.80 Crore only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. e) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the successful Tenderer shall be of Tk.1.35 Crore lac only to be issued in Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a-3) f) Tender capacity Tk.1.80 Crore only. g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
