Brief Description of Assignment: The objective of the assignment is provide design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, upgradation, hosting, training, maintenance and support of Enterprise Resource Management System (ERP).
Components of the assignment:
1. Modules to be developed and implemented
A. Human Resource Management
B. Accounts, Budget and Audit
C. Inventory Management
D. Meeting and Events
E. Asset Management
2. The solution provider will do extensive requirement study to document client’s requirements to precisely map into applications
3. The solution shall be web-based applications developed on microservice architecture considering security, performance, load variation, integration, interoperability and future expandability.
4. The system shall be implemented in cloud platform. The solution provider shall carry out data migration from the existing platform.
5. The solution provider shall carry out knowledge transfer and capacity development through training and providing operational manuals.
6. Operational Support: On Site Support, Help Desk support for Code maintenance & Upgradation, System and cloud environment, Performance Monitoring.
Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: The firm must provide comprehensive proof that they have solid technical background and operational strength to undertake the type of assignments mentioned in the description of the assignment and take this work forward without any hindrance. Firm must also have adequate technical ability, resources and process. As such the following are defined as the minimum eligibility criteria :
1. Must have valid up to date trade license/registrar joint stock company (RJSC) registration, VAT, TIN certificate and income tax clearance certificate for assessment year (2021-2022).
2. Must have a minimum 10 years experience in design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, upgradation, hosting, training, maintenance and support of Enterprise software as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh.
3. Must have valid BASIS membership certificate
4. Must have CMMI level 3 or ISO 20000 certification.
5. Brochures of the firm and areas of expertise
6. List and details of experience of the firm in software development, implementation, integration, upgradation, maintenance and support over last 10 years.
7. Availability of adequate qualified human resources in different state of the art technologies to carry out the assignment (academic qualification)
8. Provide experience in large scale data migration, application integration with payment platform and SMS gateway, mobile application, data analytics and business intelligence (BI)
9. Should have experience in developing and maintenance of Enterprise Software application and solutions for government/autonomous organizations.
10. Experience of developing software on microservice architecture by following BNDA standard to make interoperable with others entities.
11. Experience in Public cloud/On premise cloud, Data center infrastructure and hosting services.
12. Bank solvency with credit facility/liquid asset of minimum 4 crore.
13. Shall have at least two experiences of design, development, installation maintenance of similar software and services with minimum contract value BDT 2.00 crore each within the last 10 years for government/autonomous organizations.
14. Audit reports of last 3 years having average annual turnover of minimum BDT 4.00 crore from software services.
15. Brief understanding of scope and methodology for carrying out the assignment
