The PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (PWD) in Bangladesh from Asian region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Site Development Works at Savar, Dhaka. Under the project of Construction of Sports Complex for people with special needs, at Savar, Dhaka. Eligibility of Tenderer: a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) years. b) Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of site development works/Building works in a single contract with BDT amount of at least 500.00(Five Hundred) Lakh in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 900.00 (Nine Hundred) Lakh. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh. In Case of Credit facilities, Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 uploaded in CPTU website must be submitted for this purpose. (Failing to submit in form PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive). e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.600.00 (Six Hundred Lakh). f)The tenderer must accept the pro-rata progress and Contractor Must follow pro-Rata Progress as stated in TDS. Failure to follow pro-rata progress during the contract period will be treated as Fundamental Breach of Contract. g) The tenderr must posses i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license. iv) Details of notice and other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in TDS of tender documents.
