Eligibility of Tenderer: Financial Capacity: Net worth should be positive Average annual turnover USD 1.3 million within the last three years Financial Resources requirement: USD 325,000.00 Bidder’s Experience and Technical Capacity: Contractual Experience i. Demonstrate a minimum 4 years of experience of the bidder in offering similar supply/services as outlined in the scope of requirements described in Section 6 (Schedule of Requirements). ii. At least three (3) contracts each valued at US$ 200,000.00 or higher with nature and complexity similar to the scope of requirements described in Section 6 (Schedule of Requirements). iii. At least one project experience must be with an electric utility company with nature and complexity similar to the scope of requirements described in Section 6 (Schedule of Requirements). iv. At least one supply experience outside of bidder’s own country or in Bangladesh with nature and complexity similar to the scope of requirements described in Section 6 (Schedule of Requirements). Technical Experience (i) The Bidder shall demonstrate that the manufacturer of offered items (Drone & Lidar sensor) have a) at least 5 years of Drone/Lidar sensor manufacturing experience b) at least three Drone supply experience with electric utility company. (ii) The Bidder shall demonstrate that the offered items (Drone & Lidar Sensor) have a) Been in production of similar type and specification for at least 2 years, and b) been sold a minimum of 50 units of similar type and specification over the last three (3) years; c) been in operation for a minimum of 2 years (iii) The Bidder shall demonstrate that the offered software have a) been in usage for a minimum of 2 years. b) User interface in English Language.
