Eligibility of Tenderer: 1. The Tenderer may participate alone or form a consortium consisting of two members. In case of the consortium, legal documents on the partners’ roles and responsibilities should be included as an attachment to the bid proposal. One member of the consortium represents as prime partner and others as member partner. 2. The Tenderer (prime and member) should be legal entities and registered national organization/government organization/ Public sector unit/ Limited Company that have not been prohibited by Bangladeshi or International court(s) to enter contracts. In case of a government organization, it must have the permission for participating in the bidding process from the competent authority. All relevant documents must be submitted. 3. The Tenderer may be the developer or distributor of the software. In case of distributor, the tenderer is required to furnish necessary documents from the original developer of the software regarding the distributorship of the software. The developer/distributor may be a Bangladeshi company or a foreign company. 4. In case of a consortium, the prime partner will be fully responsible for all contractual obligations. 5. The Tenderer must have strong presence and support office in Bangladesh and must have provide support and service facility by 24/7. 6. The Tenderer should have overall previous business experience of at least 05 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT notice). 7. The Tenderer must have at least 03 (three) years’ working experience of related field. 8. The Tenderer must have experience of Supply, Installation, Customization, Migration, and Implementation of Mobile Banking Solution Similar Product for at least 01 (One) bank/similar industries in Bangladesh or abroad which is currently being used by reputed customers. References must be of live sites along with satisfactory certificate of completion. Details contact person with relevant information must be provided in the letter. 9. Any Tenderer must not participate in more than one bid. Submission of more than one tender offer will lead to the disqualification of the tenderer. Brief Description of Goods or Works: • The procuring entity reserves the right to accept any tender or cancel the tender process or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. • The bank shall not be under any obligation to accept the lowest tender. • In case of any unavoidable circumstances, if the tender can’t be open on the fixed date and time the tender will be opened on the following working day at the same place & time.
