Eligibility of Tenderer: 1. Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in building construction works with installation of lift.
2. Specific Experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) works worth not less than Tk. 80 (Eighty) Lakh including Civil works in which supply and installation of lift minimum Tk. 55 (Fifty Five) lakh, in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
3. Minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years is Tk. 133.00 (One Hundred Thirty Three) Lakh. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
4. Minimum amount of Liquid Assets shall be Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Lakh. Must submit letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PW2a-3.
5. Minimum tender capacity shall be: TK. 83 (Eighty Three) Lakh.
6. Must be submitted: up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses
7. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter for lift must be submitted along with the Tender in form of e-PG3-5.
8. The minimum supply capacity per year is 1 (One) nos lift as supplier of lifts whose brand & country of origin is MOVI(Italy), LM (Germany), McPuarsa (Spain), Orona S.coop (Spain) or equivalent product manufactured and tested in JAPAN / EU countries / UK / USA within the last 5 (five) years.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC, STD of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
