Eligibility of Tenderer: i) Supplier/ Agent/ Contractor having drug license, permanent medicine shop near Dhaka Cantonment area, Frequent & available communication facility (Tel & Mobile) both in medicine shop & residence, and must be able to deliver demanded items to Medical Squadron Bangladesh Air Force Base Bashar within 05 (five) hours, in special cases it may be 02 (two) hours, for supply of life saving drugs/ medicines and electro medical equipments to Medical Squadron Bangladesh Air Force Base Bashar. The supplier should provide the same brand & manufacturer drugs as demanded. ii) The Supplier must be able to provide the demanded drugs by 2000 hours/daily. The demand will be placed within 1430-1530 hours. iii) The supplier must be financially able to underpaying bill for at least 03 (three) months. iv) After approval of Air Headquarters, VAT & IT will be deducted. The supplier should be agree to receive the billed amount after deduction of VAT & IT. v) Latest revised PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 should be followed.
