Eligibility of Tenderer: This invitations of tenders is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
The Minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in contracting as prime contractor Sub Contractor / Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years.
The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Providing non-Consultant Service of at least One contact of Similar nature, KPI Installation Complexity and methods / technology completed over a period of three (3) years each with a value of at least of TK 80,00,000.00 (Eighty lac) only shall be required.
The required average annual turnover of the Tender shall be at least TK 50,00,000.00 (Fifty lac) only over the last three (3) years.
The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be of TK 55,00,000.00 (Fifty Five lac) only.

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
ii) VAT registration certificate.
iii) CV of Proposed Manpower.
iv) Authorization letter
v) NID vi) Up to date Trade License.
vii) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
