N.B:- years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(unconditional) of the Tenderer shall be 90% of quoted amount. And all others requirements described in the Standard Tender Document (STD) and if any requirements is omitted then PPA-2006 & PPR 2008 standard rules will be followed.
