The Consultant will select; subcontract and supervise a Barbadian law firm (the “Subconsultant”) to support it in the performance of its scope of work in relation to any local law issues. The Consultant will oversee the work-product of the Subconsultant to ensure quality and will be responsible for managing the timing and manner of input from the Subconsultant.
