De vermoedelijke hoeveelheden werden pro rata deze startdatum berekend. Extra bepaling m.b.t. beperking in gunning voor perceel 1 en perceel 2: inschrijvers mogen een offerte indienen voor beide percelen. Niettegenstaande het Ondernemers kunnen zowel intekenen voor beide percelen, maar ze kunnen niet de winnaar zijn van beide percelen. Met deze bepaling is het de bedoeling van de aanbestedende overheid om met producten van 2 firma's te werken om optimaal tegemoet te komen aan de specifieke noden van patiënten, evenals om de zekerheid van bevoorrading en de keuzevrijheid van de artsen te maximaliseren.
