Should the client, whenever necessary, need to give instructions, these may only relate to occupational safety and health, working and rest times, and the execution of the tasks specified in this agreement. They do not in any way constitute an exercise of the authority vested in the employer. Both parts take place at the same location, but not necessarily simultaneously, as stated in Article 149 of the second part. The safety measures are carried out by personnel of Infrabel. The quantities stated in the inventory are the intended quantities for the entire duration of the contract: the initial period and any extensions. Infrabel does not undertake to order the services and quantities stated in the inventory. The maximum value of the framework agreement shall always be the total amount of the first-ranked tender at the time of the award.
