The Aquafin 3p in Belgium from Europe region had released this tender for Aquafin is in the process of transitioning to an electric fleet and wishes to provide the necessary infrastructural support for this Current situation 1 Fleet Aquafin s fleet consists of approximately 900 cars of which o approximately 250 LCV approx 100 electric o approximately 650 passenger cars approx 300 electric and approximately 150 plug in hybrid Aquafin plans to have a fully electric fleet by 2030 A framework agreement for EV trucks was recently concluded but no EV trucks are yet in use 2 Current charging station infrastructure 285 AC charging points at WWTPs 40 AC charging points at the head office There are currently approximately 120 charging points managed by Aquafin at employees homes For the expansion of the network of charging stations at employees homes the starting point may be that approximately 40 of employees who receive an electric car choose to install a charging station at home There are no DC charging stations at WWTPs with the arrival of EV trucks DC charging stations will be installed This is part of this agreement 3 Charging cards 650 charging cards under management The object of the assignment concerns the installation management of charging station infrastructure with management of charging cards for Aquafin More specifically this concerns The supply installation and commissioning of new charging stations both AC and DC at the following locations o the Aquafin head office AC chargers o the home charging infrastructure for employees with a company vehicle who opt for an electric vehicle and who choose to have their home charging infrastructure installed via Aquafin AC chargers o the manned sewage treatment plants RWTPs AC DC chargers Takeover of the existing charging station park at Aquafin from the current provider both charging stations at Aquafin s business locations and charging stations that were installed at employees homes in the past on behalf of Aquafin Charge Point Operator CPO Multi Service Provider MSP services the management of all existing and new charging stations and charging cards including o Offering charging services to both public and Aquafin charging station infrastructure in accordance with service agreements o Making mobility data available on a clear platform o Accessibility to charging station infrastructure in accordance with OCPP1 agreements o Connectivity with existing charging station infrastructure for charging stations at offices WWTPs as well as at employees homes o Providing and monitoring charging passes for the designated Aquafin employees o Providing compensation for home charging to Aquafin staff For the installation of the charging stations at the head office and WWTPs the preparatory works excavation work electrical works are excluded from this assignment These works must be provided for charging stations at employees homes with tender notice no.
