allowing the storage, operation and maintenance of new armored vehicles
multirole and armored reconnaissance and combat vehicles of the Land Component
of the defense. Two simulation complexes are also planned for training purposes.

in force. Sustainable solutions will be prescribed to avoid the use of energy
fossil. The project will be executed via a Design, Build & Maintain contract. After the phase
of Design & Build will begin a 10-year maintenance phase and 10 additional years
as a mandatory option. The contractors liability does not only concern
the project and execution, but also the guarantee of the availability of the infrastructure.
Compensation allowances are provided for unsuccessful bidders
