Conditional tranche 1: Work relating to electricity distribution infrastructure (RESA) Conditional tranche 2: Work relating to distribution infrastructure water (CILE) In this context, the Contracting Authority intends to fight against dumping social and social fraud and wishes to strengthen social cohesion and development sustainable by carrying out training, integration or socio-professional integration efforts. The subject of the contract is divided into several firm and conditional sections. All tranches constitutes a single market and not distinct markets, unlike in article 17 of the Royal Decree of 01/14/2013. The execution of work generates significant CO2 emissions. The contracting authority has the ambition to reduce these emissions CO2 during the execution of its public contracts. The realization of this ambition is not possible only thanks to the active efforts of its contractors. For this reason, this market public includes the methodology of the CO2 performance scale, which rewards bidders who are making efforts to reduce their CO2 emissions with a advantage within the framework of the award criteria. Contractual provisions relating to the methodology of the CO2 performance scale are set out in points Art 81: Award criterion; Art 34: Compliance of execution and Art 45: Penalties of these specifications?.
