Framework Agreement for operational bicycle leasing by staff of the Oost-Limburg Hospital

This agreement aims to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle leasing to ZOL staff in accordance with the principles of wage exchange. The offer shall, non-exhaustively, include: accident assistance, annual maintenance, and theft insurance, etc. The framework agreement is for a period of 48 months (4 years). The duration of individual lease contracts amounts to 36 months (3 years) and may be up to 48 months (4 years). The procuring authority currently has ongoing lease agreements that do not fall under the scope of this order and therefore will not be taken over by the new contractor. These agreements will continue until their contractual end date with the current service provider. The contractor must take this into account and shall not in any way hinder the further execution of these agreements. The current framework agreement for bicycle leasing expires on August 10, 2027. The current procurement order relates to the subsequent framework agreement.
