The intention is that employees have a free choice regarding the type of bicycle and, moreover, that they have a choice between a lease term of 36 months or 48 months. Within the city and the OCMW, bicycle leasing will be offset against the end-of-year bonus. It must be possible to purchase the bicycle individually at the end of the lease period at an agreed residual value.
