The Stad Dendermonde in Belgium from Europe region has released this tender for The local authority Dendermon: The local authority Dendermonde annually purchases plant material for various locations. In order to make the procurement and delivery process more efficient, they wish to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase thereof. The framework agreement is divided into 3 parcels: - Parcel 1: Fixed plants and bulb crops - Parcel 2: Woody crops - Parcel 3: Grasslands and flower mixes This task relates to a framework agreement. The supplier provides a discount percentage that applies to the catalog prices they handle. Approval is granted per parcel based on a predefined list of current items. On the basis of this item list, the prices will be compared. In order to prevent the pricing from being influenced by specific items being discounted, we will not disclose the current items in the task. The list is prepared and approved in advance by the mayor and aldermen council. Additionally, current items are also included in the calculation with post 1 and post 2 from the measurement status related to transportation costs. The products should be delivered or picked up by the procuring authority at the supplier. The standard delivery address is: Technisch Centrum 1, Hoogveld 28, 9200 Dendermonde, unless the procuring authority specifies another delivery address. Deliveries can only take place during working hours, i.e. 8.00 – 16.00. Important: this is not an exclusivity contract: the procuring authority is not obliged to assign all orders for the purchase of plant material to the chosen supplier. When drafting the delivery conditions for this task, the procuring authority does not yet have the exact required quantities, so the total amount of the task is not determined in advance. Orders are placed according to the need of the procuring authority. The supplier cannot claim compensation for any damage based on the final spent amount. All costs are considered to be included in the catalog prices (for invoicing, calculated with the specified discount within this dossier). II.1 Fixed discount percentage The discount percentage that the supplier must provide applies to the items the procuring authority orders and is calculated on the catalog prices. The discount applies throughout the duration of the task. II.2 Delivery inspection All crops are immediately inspected at the delivery location. The contractor must always inform the leading official or their appointed representative of the day and time of delivery at each delivery. The supplier is obliged to replace all rejected delivered crops at their own cost. If plants are rejected, a new delivery with replacement plants must be offered within 48 hours. In case of failure to comply, the local authority reserves the right to have the replacements delivered by another company, at the cost, liabilities and risks of the supplier appointed for this task. In the aforementioned replacements, not only the deliveries but also all services and costs for removing and returning to the depot of the local authority Dendermonde are included, all at the risk of the supplier. Exclusivity: This public task does not grant any exclusivity rights to the supplier.
