MAINTENANCE OF THE "GREEN SPACES" SURROUNDINGS OF BUILDINGS AND LAND BELONGING TO SPI OR MANAGED ON BEHALF OF SORASI AND/OR THE WALLOON REGION

The SPI in Belgium from Europe region has released this tender for Maintenance of the grounds surrounding SPI buildings: This specification governs a multi-year service contract commencing from the date of notification for a period of 4 years (4 maintenance seasons). Its purpose is the main maintenance of the grounds surrounding SPI buildings, namely: - lawn mowing; - hedge and shrub trimming; - cleaning of traffic areas; - leaf collection; - ..... These services are carried out according to the schedule provided by the service provider. They are performed by qualified personnel possessing the skills required for the requested work. The list of buildings concerned is included in the summary bill of quantities. This list may be modified during the term of the contract, particularly following the sale of a building. The service provider may not claim any compensation in this regard. If, however, a building is added to the list, it will be subject to an amendment to this contract. Similarly, in the event of a significant discrepancy between the inventory provided in Appendix C of the specifications and the actual situation, an amendment must be drawn up. By submitting its bid, the service provider is presumed to have a thorough understanding of the layout of the premises, their condition, and access to the buildings and equipment. This contract constitutes a framework agreement, for which the Contracting Authority may specify quantities, which are subject to change depending on the sale of buildings to companies, potential acquisitions, or any other decision by the Contracting Authority. Maintenance will be carried out as needed. All supplies necessary for the complete execution of this contract will be provided by the successful bidder. Travel costs are included in the price. This fixed price does not include ad hoc interventions, which will be subject to a separate quote depending on the scope of the work. In addition, the service provider may be asked to carry out specific tasks, similar to those included in routine maintenance of the surrounding areas, but which may also include pruning, tree felling, landscaping or redesigning flowerbeds, installing forest barriers, lawn maintenance, etc. with tender notice no. 672710-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
