Market for the renovation and extension of the municipal administration as well as the commune sports center of the municipality of TROOZ

The Administration Communale de Trooz in Belgium from Europe region has released this tender for Object of works: Renovation and extension of the municipal administration and the communes sports center. Execution site and location: The buildings are located at 22 rue de l’Eglise, 4870 TROOZ. Lots: TROOZ B442s, B441m3, B442t, B442n and B452m. Programme: In July 2021, the municipal administration buildings in TROOZ and the surrounding buildings, including the sports hall, the wedding hall, the CPAS, and the public service office, were flooded. The municipal administration wishes to renovate/demolish/reconstruct these buildings and consolidate all its services in one location: the municipal administration, the CPAS, and the public service office, while sharing the cafeteria, changing rooms, and parking areas with the sports center. In order to valorize the communes architectural heritage, it wishes to renovate the municipal administration building (front building) and the sports hall. The wedding hall, the CPAS, and the public service building will, on the other hand, be demolished. The tender is divided into lots as follows: - Lot No. 1: Architecture, stability, elevator (+ maintenance), demolition, access and coordination of other lots. - Lot No. 2: Electricity, fire detection (+ maintenance) and solar panels - Lot No. 3: HVAC, sanitary (+ maintenance) Coordination of LOTS: This tender designates the Lot 1 contractor as the COORDINATING ENTERPRISE and the Lot 2 and Lot 3 contractors as the COORDINATED ENTERPRISES. This coordination is handled by the coordinating enterprise through a coordination fee corresponding to its remuneration for all coordination services described in this tender document. By simply submitting a bid, the coordinated lots bidders express their unconditional agreement to the procedure defined in this special tender document. The coordinating enterprise is responsible for project management, i.e., planning (the COORDINATING ENTERPRISE establishes the overall work schedule, including the specific execution schedules for the coordinated Lots 2 and 3), coordination, and organization of the site until the successful completion of works (including final acceptance). It also assumes, beyond the costs inherent to its own enterprise, the provision of sanitary facilities (in accordance with the workplace well-being code) and other site installation elements (as specified in the technical clauses) for the coordinated enterprises.
