The Purchasing center Group CM-MC vzw in Belgium from Europe region has released this tender for 2 1 General The contract is divided into two lots Candidates can submit a request for participation for Lot 1 Lot 2 or for both lots The selection is assessed separately per batch on the basis of the selection criteria applicable to the batch concerned 2 1 1 Lot 1 Connectivity for large CM-MC offices Lot 1 includes the supply delivery implementation management and support of redundant Internet connectivity for approximately twenty large CM-MC offices The solution must aim for high availability good performance good management capacity and operational continuity Each site must have at least a primary physical connection for example via optical fiber DSL coaxial or equivalent physical access technology a wireless backup connection at least based on 4G 5G or equivalent technology with automatic failover in the event of failure of the primary connection a secondary wired and or wireless connection The primary physical connection must support a minimum bandwidth of 1000 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload The secondary connection may provided that the minimum requirements in terms of availability performance failover and operational separation are met be achieved in particular via optical fiber DSL coaxial 4G 5G satellite connectivity or equivalent technology No mandatory separate fallback connection is required for the secondary connection The primary physical connection the wireless backup connection and the secondary connection must be sufficiently separated technically and operationally such that a failure of one connection does not automatically result in the unavailability of all Internet connectivity at the affected site The delivered solution also includes all necessary network hardware including independent CPEs for the primary and secondary line solution as well as the necessary configuration installation activation monitoring support reporting documentation transition and migration services as further specified in the procurement documents 2 1 2 Lot 2 Connectivity for other CM-MC offices Lot 2 includes the provision delivery implementation management and support of Internet connectivity for a large group of CM-MC offices comprising approximately 35 contact points 190 small offices and 40 medium-sized offices The solution must aim for efficient stable secure and manageable Internet access for the sites concerned Connections can rely on different underlying technologies These technologies do not necessarily have to be uniform across all sites For the execution of the contract optical fiber coaxial DSL 4G 5G satellite connectivity or equivalent technologies may in particular be used provided that the solution finally proposed meets the minimum requirements which will be specified during the second phase Wired connections such as fiber optic coaxial or DSL are preferred when technically and operationally possible When a wired connection is not possible or not indicated for a given site another technology may be offered during the second phase provided that this choice is sufficiently motivated Each connection must support a minimum of 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload The solution provided also includes all necessary network hardware CPE configuration installation activation monitoring support reporting documentation transition and migration as further specified in the contract documents with tender notice no.
