The companies pay for the ticket. The Client invoices the amount due to the individual companies based on the reserved trips. At the start, the Contractor informs the companies at The Loop about the new collective transport offer. The Contractor collaborates with the City of Ghent on the promotion and dissemination of the collective transport offer, including through the development of communication campaigns and contacts with companies. Duration of services: start from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contractor is granted a maximum of 3 months' start-up time (to organize buses, staff, reservation system, communication, on-call duty, any prior technical inspections, etc.).
