The tender provides for the creation, preparation and technical implementation of the Europe Day concert programme, including support for the technical implementation of the ERR live broadcast, the structure of the festival area and technical support for the organisation of possible side events both during the preparation period for Europe Day and during the Europe Week. Scope and cost of the contract The maximum total cost of the activities carried out on the basis of the tender procedure is 115,000 (one hundred and fifteen thousand) euros. The price does not include VAT. Duration of the contract The contract concluded as a result of the tender procedure will be concluded for a period of up to 7 months between 30.11.2026 and 1.6.2027.
