The Overall Duration of the Three Training Modules will be 50 Working Days, including 20 Working Days for Modules 1 (Training in Electrical Network Planning) and 2 (Capacity Building in Project and Program Management: Planning, Execution and Control) and 10 Working Days for Module 3 (Capacity Building in the Maintenance of Electrical Structures). The Terms of Reference (Tdrs) of the Mission will be Communicated on Request, to Any Candidate. The maximum budget for each lot is: - Lot 3: 40,000,000 CFA francs. Lot 3: Capacity building in the maintenance of electrical structures 1) Economic and financial capacity of the tenderer. If the tenderer is a public body, equivalent information should be provided. Have achieved an average annual turnover (calculated over the years of 2022, 2021 and 2020) greater than or equal to sixty million (60,000,000) CFA francs; and cash and cash equivalents at the beginning and end of the year are, overall, in excess..
