The BENIN ELECTRICITY COMPANY in Benin from African region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Training Center for Capacity Building Services for Sbee Agents in Relation to the ''Institutional Support'' Sub-Component This Module will Deal with the Articulation between an Adequate and Complete Formulation of the Project or Program, Rigorous and Realistic Planning, Monitoring Appropriate Controls as Well as Sound Management of the Team's Human Resources. In Addition to Promoting Best Practices for Planning, Monitoring and Controlling Projects and Programs, this Seminar Places Special Emphasis on the Human Aspects of Team Management. At the End of this Training, Participants should be Able to: - Develop a Logical Approach to Project and Program Planning. - Master the Planning, Monitoring and Control Techniques Most Commonly Used in Project Management. - Use a Computerized Approach to Plan, Monitor and Control Your Project. - Improve Their Skills in Human Resources Management, Particularly in Managing Project Teams As part of the implementation of the SBEE Networks Modernization and Extension Project (ProMER), it is planned to recruit a training and capacity building center or firm which will conduct the training modules the place of the SBEE agents. The general objective of this action is to train and build the capacity of SBEE agents according to the three training modules below: - Capacity building in project and program management: planning, execution and control; - Training in electrical network planning and - Capacity building in the maintenance of electrical structures. The maximum budget for each lot is: - Lot 1: 50,000,000 CFA francs; - Lot 2: 60,000,000 CFA francs; - Lot 3: 40,000,000 CFA francs. Lot 1: Capacity building in project and program management: planning, execution and control; 1) Tenderer's economic and financial capacity. If the tenderer is a public body, equivalent information should be provided. Have achieved an average annual turnover (calculated over the years of 2022, 2021 and 2020) greater than or equal to seventy-five million (75,000,000) CFA francs; and cash and cash equivalents at the beginning and end of the year are, overall, in excess. 2) Professional capacity of the tenderer - Have an approval or provide a certificate of registration in the commercial register mentioning the exercise of training or capacity building activities; - At least 20% of all the tenderer's staff working this year (2023) in fields related to this lot 1 are permanent. 3) Tenderer's technical capacity Have carried out with satisfaction, over the past three years (2022, 2021 and 2020) at least two (02) training workshops/seminars for a group of at least 20 people, in connection with the domain of lot 1 for which the candidate is tendering, with an amount at least equal to the maximum budget of lot 1 as indicated in point 4 above. Lot 2: Training in electrical network planning 1) Tenderer's economic and financial capacity. If the tenderer is a public body, equivalent information should be provided. Have achieved an average annual turnover (calculated over the years of 2022, 2021 and 2020) greater than or equal to ninety million (90,000,000) CFA francs; and cash and cash equivalents at the beginning and end of the year are, overall, in excess. 2) Professional capacity of the tenderer - Have an approval or provide a certificate of registration in the commercial register mentioning the exercise of training or capacity building activities; - At least 20% of all the tenderer's staff working this year (2023) in fields related to this lot are permanent. 3) Technical capacity of the tenderer Have carried out with satisfaction, over the past three years (2022, 2021 and 2020) at least two (02) workshop sessions / training seminars for a group of at least 20 people, related to the field of lot 2 for which the candidate tenders, with an amount at least equal to the maximum budget for lot 2 as indicated in point 4 above. Lot 3: Capacity building in the maintenance of electrical structures 1) Economic and financial capacity of the tenderer. If the tenderer is a public body, equivalent information should be provided.
