The Client has requested for IFC’s transaction advisory support to advise on development of ~50 MW utility scale solar PV project through PPP at Jamjee (the “Project”); which is located in between Thimphu (~25 km from Thimphu) and Paro cities. In this context; IFC is seeking the services of a specialized team of Technical Consultant that will assist IFC with technical structuring and due diligence of the Project; which will include site analysis; plot planning; module placement layout; assessment of evacuation infrastructure requirements; identification of ideal interconnection points; detailed estimation of Project cost; identification of technical approvals; development of performance specifications for the private sector; definition of technical qualification criteria and technical evaluation of the proposals received in the competitive bidding process.
