To supply and install wall decorative panel in laminated
finishes complete with framing to the future wall area.
CEILING WORKS
To supply and fix new ceiling 9mm thick gypsum plaster
board complete with G.l. framing including taping, hanging
wires etc and 3mm coat of fine gypsum plaster at all joints
as instructed by the S.O. Rate to include temporarily
removal of ceiling lamp, fan, electrical fittings, accessories
etc. to be reinstalled back later to position or dump offsite
after the work being completed as instructed by S.O.
To closed all side existing ventilation louvers; Design,
Fabricate, Supply and fix with new cement board wall panel
c/w framing, plaster at all joints etc, including CPRU
approved paint finishes and any other necessary
accessories, fittings and works required as instructed by SO
DOOR
To Demolish existing brickwall for new access door and
carefully remove any disturbed electrical fixtures, put aside
to be installed back and make good any disturbed works
and dispose off all debris to contractor's own dumping site.
To supply and install double leaf swing 12mm thick
tempered glass door c/w door frame, door floor spring,
heavy duty door handle, CPRU approved lockset.
