Общото прогнозно количество ваучери е 182 957 бр. за срок от 36 месеца. Посоченото количество /прогнозен/ брой ваучери за периода е ориентировъчно и не поражда задължения за УМБАЛ „Св. Иван Рилски” ЕАД да ги поръча в пълния прогнозен обем. Фактическото изпълнение на обществената поръчка се определя на база числеността на правоимащите лица, условията на положения труд за съответния месец и изпълнението на изискванията на Наредба № 11/2005 г. за определяне на условията и реда за осигуряване на безплатна храна и/или добавки към нея. Предлаганите ваучери трябва да бъдат с номинал от: 0,50, 1, 2 и 5 евро, както следва: - с номинал 0,50 евро – 6 804 бр.; - с номинал 1 евро – 15 300 бр.; - с номинал 2 евро – 37 640 бр.; - с номинал 5 евро – 123 213 бр. Изпълнителят на поръчката е длъжен да опакова в пликове ваучерите, като всеки плик трябва да бъде запечатан и персонализиран с името на ползвателя – работник или служител на МБАЛ „Св. Откритата процедура има за цел да обезпечи обслужването на разходите на възложителя УМБАЛ „Св.
