Видин, ул. “Градинска” № 12 е определена като V категория, съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 5, буква „а” от ЗУТ и чл. 10, ал. 1, т. 4 от Наредба №1/2003 год. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи. Обществената поръчка се провежда във връзка с подадени и одобрени проектни предложения за финансиране по процедура BG16FFPR003-1.001 „Подкрепа за интегрирано градско развитие в 10-те градски общини – основни центрове на растеж” по Програма „Развитие на регионите“ 2021-2027, като в рамките на същата ще се финансират и дейностите по поръчката.
