Lot numbers 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be awarded in the order of their individual value, on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, through the conclusion of contracts under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The value of each of the lot numbers does not exceed BGN 156,464. and the total estimated value of the separate items that will be awarded directly does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. The total estimated value of the contract is 129,195.00 (one hundred twenty-nine thousand one hundred ninety-five leva) leva excluding VAT. The value of the contract, which will be awarded in accordance with Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and representing separate items No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6, is BGN 7,340.00 (seven thousand three hundred and forty) excluding VAT. The remaining value of the contract - in the amount of 121,855.00 (one hundred twenty-one thousand eight hundred fifty-five leva) BGN excluding VAT, is awarded according to the procedure applicable to the total value of the entire contract, namely "Open procedure". with tender notice no. 655474-2026 published on 24 Sep 2026.
