The TROYAN COMMUNITY in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for Subject of this public procurement is the execution of construction and installation works for the object "Correction of the Beli Osim River and construction of public use zones in the section between the bridge at "Vitex" and the bridge at Central Cooperative Market in Troya City", in connection with the implementation of the concept of integrated territorial investments (KITI) "Together for integrated territorial development of the areas along the Osim River and its tributaries" with leading partner Troya Municipality, designated as the specific beneficiary through direct provision of non-reimbursable financial assistance BG16FFPR003-2.002 "Support for integrated urban development in 40 municipalities" under the "Regional Development" Program 2021-2027 and procedure no. BG16FFPR002-4.006 "Nature-based measures for prevention and management of flood risks" under Priority 4 "Risk and climate change" of the "Environment" Program 2021-2027. With this public procurement, the execution of construction and installation works for the cleaning and reinforcement of the Beli Osim River and construction of public use zones in the section between the bridge at "Vitex" and the bridge at Central Cooperative Market in Troya City is assigned. The procurement subject includes the execution of construction, preparation of accompanying documentation and all necessary activities until the final acceptance of the construction object by the Assignee in accordance with the order no. 3 of 31.07.2003 for the preparation of acts and protocols during construction and commissioning. The Troya project covers a section of approximately 1200 m and includes the following main activities, divided into two directions: 1. Riverbank correction and reinforcement (Activity 1) - funded by the "Environment" Program 2021-2027: Includes clearing the riverbed of vegetation and reinforcing the banks through a combination of "green" and "brown-green" measures by Troya Municipality (fencing, geocells, bioreactors, etc.). Restoration of the bottom sill for stabilizing the riverbed and fish passage; 2. Recreation zone improvement (Activity 2) - funded by the "Regional Development" Program 2021-2027 and Troya Municipality: Construction of a coastal path connecting five different zones, which include - amphitheater and a plastic waterfall with stairs; sports and play areas; fishing platform; construction of a new drainage pumping station to stop the free discharge of wastewater into the river; comprehensive park and artistic lighting, as well as a video surveillance system.
