The MARITSA COMMUNITY in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for The scope of works to be carried out includes: - Current repair of existing asphalt concrete pavements, including excavation of individual holes and deformations with dense asphalt concrete, technological, leveling grinding and re-laying with upper asphalt concrete layer on local damages, correction and replacement of rainwater and inspection shafts. - Current repair of streets with loose pavements / mix of gravel, crushed stone, and earth layers /, including breaking, profiling with a dozer and re-laying sections with new crushed stone pavement. Excavation of earth layers and removal. Compaction with vibratory roller and others. - Current repair of municipal roads, including repair of asphalt pavement - excavation of individual holes and deformations, grinding of the upper layer and re-asphalting the entire road surface on compromised sections and others. - Ancillary works related to the above-mentioned construction activities. Each object of the internal street network and municipal roads will be executed in volume and content, in accordance with additional assignment /assigning letter/ from the Assignee, with specific object and/or corresponding parts thereof, as required by the Assignee from the Contractor to carry out construction works in accordance with the quantitative-value estimate applied to the assigning letter, based on the offered unit prices for types of construction works. Execution of the above works starts upon signing of a bilateral protocol. The planned construction repair works include: – Current repair of the internal street network in all 19 municipalities on the territory of Mariaca municipality - s. Kostyev, s. Radinovo, s. Benkovski, s. Voysil, s. Tsaracovo, s. Trud, s. Stroev, s. Graf Ignatiev, s. Dink, s. Krislovo, s. Kalkevets, s. Voivodinovo, s. Zhelezno, s. Trilistnik, s. Skutare, s. Roga, s. Manole, s. Manolesko Konare and s. Yasnopolje; - Current repairs on municipal roads Within the scope of current repairs, the following municipal roads are included: - Road PDV1152 / section Dink-Krislovo-Zhelezno /; - Road PDV1156 / s. Tsaracovo – III-805 /; - Road PDV1159 / Roga – Trilistnik – AM "Tракия" /; - Road PDV1160 / Manolesko Konare-Yasnopolje; - Road PDV1191 / I-8 / Plovdiv – border of municipality (Plovdiv-Mariaca) – Voivodinovo - /II-56/; - Road PDV2155 / PDV1154, railway crossing Tsaracovo - s. Tsaracovo /; - Road PDV PDV1161 / II-56 / village Roga – border of municipality (Mariaca-Plovdiv) – Plovdiv; - Road PDV2157 / III-805, Benkovski-Junction / Voysil – railway station Benkovski / PDV1153; - Road PDV1154 / III-805, km I-8 – Benkovski / - border of municipality (Mariaca-Plovdiv) – Plovdiv; - Road in "Industrial Zone Radinovo"; Note: Within the three-year execution period for the subject of this public procurement, the Assignee has the right to make changes to the location of current repairs, depending on the specific needs that arise. 3. GENERAL FORECASTED QUANTITIES OF MAIN TYPES OF SRV IN THE SCOPE OF CURRENT STREET, MUNICIPAL ROAD AND TRAM TRACK REPAIRS The forecasted quantities of the above-mentioned main types of SRV for current repairs of streets, municipal roads and tram tracks within the contract period are as follows: A/ For streets with asphalt and paving pavement. - Current repair of asphalt pavements – approximately 10,000 m². - Repair of existing paving pavement – 1,000 m²; - Drainage: - Replacement of rainwater shafts – 40 units. - Replacement of inspection shafts – 20 units. B/ For streets with loose pavement /crushed stone pavement, gravel or earth base/. - Profiling of earth bed and existing crushed stone pavement with a dozer – approximately 66,000 m²; - Mechanized earth excavation, including loading and transportation – approximately 12,000 m³; - Delivery and placement of unsorted crushed stone for base and re-laying – approximately 9,000 m³; The streets to be repaired in the municipalities of Mariaca municipality are detailedly described, including estimated quantities, in the Technical Specification. with tender notice no. 673767-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
