This public procurement is carried out in accordance with the signed agreement based on Article 8 of the Public Procurement Law, the Understanding on Joint Assignment between Bulgarian National Radio and Bulgarian National Television. During delivery, electrical energy must be delivered with quality and in accordance with the order stipulated in the Energy Law (EL) and other regulatory acts that govern public relations related to the delivery of electrical energy (including the regulations on EL, the Rules for Trading Electrical Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electrical Energy (PIEEE)). As "balancing group coordinator", the contractor shall be responsible for balancing, include the obligees as participants (indirect members) in the standard balancing group market without obligees paying participation fees, and ensure the forecasting of obligees' consumption, including the management of hourly consumption schedules for obligees. Execution period of the public procurement - 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of the first delivery of electrical energy under the contract. The first delivery is considered the first registered delivery schedule for the objects included in the subject of the contract and the effective change of the supplier and balancing group coordinator. The total forecasted amount of medium voltage electrical energy for the objects included in the scope of the procurement, which will be delivered within the contract period of 24 months, is 884 MWh. The specified amount is forecasted for the contract period and is determined based on the consumed electrical energy during the previous 12 (twelve) month period. The forecasted amount of net electrical energy does not obligate obligees to fully express it or limit it to this amount; it has a guiding character.
