The actual quantities of goods to be delivered may be less or more than the specified ones and will be determined according to the Contractor's consumption until the forecasted value of the public procurement is reached, without this leading to claims from the Contractor. A possibility is also provided for up to three allocated positions for the delivery of goods not specified in the technical specifications within the scope of their subject - office materials; postal envelopes; thermal products, to be claimed incidentally when needed and paid with a percentage trade discount offered by the Contractor.
