The full description of the food products and their approximate quantities required by the Contractor are described in the Technical Specifications – specific requirements for food products, which is an inseparable part of the current conditions. The quantities described in the Technical Specifications – specific requirements for food products are approximately necessary for 12 (twelve) months and are in accordance with the allocated financial resources in the Contractors budget. The quantities and assortment (types of food products) specified in the technical specifications are indicative (provisional) and do not impose any obligation on the Contractor to declare and purchase in full volume. Within the agreed overall maximum value for the procurement, the Contractor has the right to increase or decrease the quantities of a given food product, as well as not to declare the assortment in accordance with the requirements and regulations of state control authorities and normative documents governing this activity, as well as in accordance with its needs up to the total value of the procurement specified in the delivery contract with the Contractor. The public procurement contract is concluded at the forecasted value specified by the Contractor, which is the maximum allowable value up to which the Contractor may declare and purchase food products at the unit prices proposed by the participant. Note: For the entire duration of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver food products with characteristics, brands, and producers as declared in its technical proposal.
