Delivery of products for storage for the needs of DG "Vera" – city of Plovdiv, on seven separate items

The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the tenderer and the contractor, are as follows: the contract project; the technical specifications; the technical and price offers for each separate item. The contract to be concluded with the contractor designated for the implementation of the respective separate item shall have a validity period in accordance with the contract project. The tenderer does not envisage concluding a written contract for the implementation of OP 7. Based on Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), OP 5, OP 6 and OP 7 are assigned in order, valid for their individual forecasted value – Article 20, paragraph 4, point 3 of the Public Procurement Act (direct assignment), provided that the total forecasted value of the items is below the threshold set out in Article 20, paragraph 4, point 3 of the Public Procurement Act and does not exceed 20 per cent of the total forecasted value of the contract.
