The OSHCHINSKI TRANSPORT RUSE EAD in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for Subject: Delivery of 6 (six) new electric single-decker buses and associated specialized equipment, including delivery of 6 (six) slow-charging stations, for the needs of Russe Municipal Transport EAD in accordance with activities under the Regional Development Programme 2021-2027 (if applicable). - The scope of this public order includes delivery of 6 (six) new electric single-decker buses and associated specialized additional equipment, including 6 (six) slow-charging stations, as per the technical specifications. - The delivery scope also includes provision of the following specialized additional equipment, at the Contractors expense, as required for electric buses and slow-charging stations: Tools, software and other specialized equipment necessary for maintenance, diagnostics and repair of the traction electric motor; Tools, software and other specialized equipment necessary for maintenance and repair of the high-voltage system and traction battery (within manufacturers regulations); Equipment for diagnostics of pneumatic and hydraulic systems; Equipment for diagnostics and repair of low-voltage electrical systems. - The public order also includes the provision of guaranteed maintenance services within the warranty period for the buses and slow-charging stations, as proposed by the contractor in accordance with the technical specifications. Guaranteed maintenance within the warranty period refers to the removal of defects and faults in delivered buses and slow-charging stations at the Contractors expense during the warranty period. Deliveries and consumables related to current maintenance of buses within the warranty period are not included in the scope of this order. For the specified deliveries, the tenderer has submitted a request to include them in the subject of the administrative contract/annex, financed under the Regional Development Programme 2021-2027. After signing the administrative contract/annex, financing will be secured, with the aim of completing deliveries and payment by 30.11.2026. In case of a different final deadline set by the managing authority or provision of opportunities for self-financing, the contract draft includes clauses for postponing the final deadline for execution, without affecting the specific delivery deadlines proposed by the winning contractor. The purpose of this public order is to conclude a delivery agreement for new electric buses and slow-charging stations meeting the detailed requirements described in the Technical Specification attached to this documentation. Deliveries shall be made to the address specified by the tenderer on the territory of the city of Russe. The subject of this public order will be implemented under the conditions of this approved documentation, the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 and the Contract Project - Annex No. 2.
