Delivery to a specialized device and testing on the main equipment on the I-VI circuit for blocks 5 and 6 using the kinetic indentiran method

The AEC KOZLODUY EAD in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for Subject of this public procurement is to deliver a modern automated system (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment") for measuring mechanical properties of metals according to the Vickers hardness diagram (kinetic indentation method) of equipment. The activities shall be performed in accordance with BDS EN ISO 14577-1:2015 or equivalent(s). Stages and volumes of work: Stage 1 - Delivery of Equipment in accordance with BDS EN ISO 14577-1:2015 or equivalent(s), including one set of spare tools and accessories (spare parts); Stage 2 - Conducting measurements on the first (5 or 6) EB of the base metal and welded joints without taking samples - measuring hardness by Brinell and determining mechanical properties by kinetic indentation method on the following equipment: • Third main circulation pipeline; • KN and connecting pipeline of KN; • Second PG; • Upper block, reactor body, reactor support ring. Stage 3 - Preparation of Technical Report based on the results of measurements of the first (5 or 6) EB. Stage 4 - Provision of technical assistance to the training personnel of the Kozloduy NPP during the measurement of mechanical properties of metals according to the Vickers hardness diagram of the following equipment from the second (5 or 6) EB: • First main circulation pipeline; • KN and connecting pipeline of KN; • First PG; • Upper block, reactor body, reactor support ring. Stage 5 - Provision of technical assistance to the trained personnel of the Kozloduy NPP for preparing the Technical Report for the second EB. Measurements, as per Stage 2 and Stage 4, shall be conducted during the operational period of EB 5 and 6. Technical Reports resulting from the execution of Stage 3 and Stage 5 are separate documents for EB 5 and 6. During the equipment inspection and during the preparation and drafting of the Technical Report for the first EB measurements, the contractor shall conduct at least 5 (five) personnel trainings at the Employers expense.
