The General Directorate Fire Safety and Population Protection GDPBZN - Ministry of Interior in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for Supply of life jackets for work in water with boots and gloves within the framework of the Floodguard 2 project Increasing the capacity for prevention and response in case of floods and subsequent disasters and emergencies in the cross-border region financed under the Interreg VI-A Greece-Bulgaria Programme 2021-2027 Short description The public procurement includes the supply of 80 eighty sets of life jackets for work in water each set including a life jacket safety shoes and protective gloves Deadline for implementation of the public procurement The contract enters into force from the date of its registration in the CONTRACTING AGENT s business system and is valid until the expiry of the warranty period of the goods and the satisfaction of all claims of the CONTRACTING AGENT related to the CONTRACTOR s warranty liability The amount of the relevant goods will be specified by submitting a request by the Contracting Authority or persons designated by it Within 10 calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract the Contractor shall provide information on the sizes of the life jackets for work in water including the range of at least 165 cm to 195 cm the safety shoes respectively at least from number 36 to number 47 according to the European numbering EU and the safety gloves with a size of not less than S to XL inclusive The delivery period is up to 120 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Client s request by the Contractor but no later than 11 02 2028 The request shall be sent by the Client or persons designated by him within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into force of the contract The contract may be amended with regard to the term for the performance of the public procurement 11 02 2028 on the basis of Art 116 para 1 item 1 of the Public Procurement Act by mutual consent of the Parties expressed in writing in the event that an additional agreement amends the term for the implementation of the activity project agreed upon with financing agreement No 18437 12 03 2025 for the implementation of the strategic project Floodguard 2 Increasing the capacity for prevention and response in case of floods and subsequent disasters and emergencies in the cross-border region financed under the Interreg VI-A Greece-Bulgaria 2021-2027 program The term for the implementation of the relevant activity is extended by a period corresponding to the period by which the term for the activity project has been extended but not more than the period between the date of expiry of the term for the implementation of the relevant activity and the end date of the extended term for the activity project The scope and nature of the possible amendment as well as the conditions under which it may be used must not lead to a change in the subject of the contract The amendment should correspond to the amendments to the rules and instructions of the funding body and or to the grant agreement which can only be a factual basis for amending the Agreement in the case of Art 116 para 1 item 1 of the Public Procurement Act with tender notice no. 667510-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
