STOYANOV" in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the tender is the selection of a contractor for the delivery of spare parts and consumables and the provision of out-of-warranty maintenance services for 830 units of equipment and facilities to the Faculty of Dental Medicine (FDM), 219 units of equipment and facilities to the University Medical-Dental Center (UMDC), 23 units of equipment and facilities (medical gas systems) to FDM and UMDC, 9 units of equipment and facilities (climate and ventilation systems) to FDM, 205 units of equipment and facilities to the Medical College (MC), and 26 units of equipment and facilities (for medical cosmetics) to MC, as described in the technical specification (Annex No. 1, from No. 1.1 to No. 1.6 inclusive) of the documentation. The estimated quantity of the public tender: delivery of 646 units (pieces, meters, packages), in accordance with the applicable technical specification (Annex No. 1.7), and, if necessary, provision of services for 1,312 units of equipment/facilities, in accordance with the applicable technical specification (Annex No. 1, from No. 1.1 to No. 1.6 inclusive). The following activities are included in the subject of the tender: - Delivery of spare parts and consumables necessary for the normal operation of the corresponding equipment/facilities; - Provision of out-of-warranty maintenance services at the site of operation of the corresponding equipment/facilities, and, if necessary, transportation to the manufacturer's service base or authorized representative of the manufacturer of the corresponding equipment or component, and back, depending on the complexity of the damage and the manufacturer's requirements. The out-of-warranty maintenance services include: * Services related to the provision of visits by qualified specialists of the manufacturer or authorized representative of the manufacturer to remove the damage at the site of operation of the equipment/facilities included in the technical specification, upon request from the Client; * Services related to the organization and provision of transportation of damaged equipment/facilities or their components to the manufacturer's service base or authorized representative of the manufacturer and back, if the equipment cannot be repaired at the site of operation. In these cases, the service is carried out after the Client has approved the offer submitted by the Contractor for the organization and provision of transportation to the service base and back, at the estimated values and timelines related to the execution of all activities and costs directly or indirectly associated with the removal of the damage at the service base of the manufacturer or authorized representative of the manufacturer, including packaging, unpacking, loading, unloading, transportation costs, diagnostics, repairs, new, original, and non-recycled spare parts and consumables, adjustments, calibrations, tests, software updates, travel expenses, monetary transfers, labor costs, insurance, and all other related costs that are not explicitly mentioned but are necessary for the quality execution of the contract. After the acceptance of the service related to the organization and provision of out-of-warranty maintenance services for the removal of the damage, the Client pays the Contractor a compensation amount as specified in the Contractor's price offer. The total estimated value of this public tender is 76,690.00 euros excluding VAT, which includes: - Estimated value for spare parts and consumables: 70,000.00 euros excluding VAT, of which 58,000.00 euros are included in the technical specification, and 12,000.00 euros are excluded from the technical specification; - Funds allocated for out-of-warranty maintenance services: 6,690.00 euros excluding VAT. The specified estimated value represents the maximum allowable value of the public tender contract, within which the Client is limited but is not obligated to spend it. The quantity and type of deliveries and/or services are determined by the Client based on his specific needs and financial capacity. The quantities specified in Annex No. 1.7 of the technical specification are estimated and will be used for evaluating offers. The Client reserves the right to increase or decrease the volumes of spare parts and consumables included in the technical specification. In cases where the estimated value for spare parts and consumables included in the technical specification is exhausted, but the funds allocated for spare parts and consumables not included in the technical specification and/or for out-of-warranty maintenance services are not fully utilized, the Client reserves the right within the contract duration to claim spare parts and consumables included in the technical specification, which are paid from the unutilized funds. Execution period of the tender: 12 months. Delivery time for requested spare parts and/or consumables – within 25 working days from receipt of a written request from the Client. Time for providing visits by qualified specialists of the manufacturer/authorized representative of the manufacturer at the site of operation of the equipment/facilities included in the technical specification and conducting initial diagnostics, classification of the problem – within 2 working days from receipt of a written request from the Client. Time for resolving the problem by the service specialist on site – within 3 working days from diagnosis. In case of delivery of spare parts/consumables – the time period starts from the date of delivery. Time for resolving the damage at the manufacturer's service base/authorized representative of the manufacturer – within 50 working days from receipt of a written request from the Client.
