The State Agency for Refugees at the Ministerial Council in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for Subject of the public procurement is the preparation and delivery of ready food for foreigners seeking international shelter, stationed in the territorial divisions of DAB at MS – Registration and Reception Centre (RRC) – city of Sofia, RRC – city of Harmanli, RRC – village of Banja and Transit Centre – village of Pstrhogor. The total estimated value of the procurement is 22 734 128 lv without VAT, including an option for additional services amounting to 6 822 770 lv without VAT, as follows: OP No. 1 – estimated value 9 658 207 lv without VAT, including contract value 6 759 479 lv without VAT and option for additional services 2 898 728 lv without VAT; OP No. 2 – estimated value 10 607 572 lv without VAT, including contract value 7 424 035 lv without VAT and option for additional services 3 183 537 lv without VAT; OP No. 3 – estimated value 443 037 lv without VAT, including contract value 310 126 lv without VAT and option for additional services 132 911 lv without VAT; OP No. 4 – estimated value 2 025 312 lv without VAT, including contract value 1 417 718 lv without VAT and option for additional services 607 594 lv without VAT. The execution period for services for all separate positions is 24 (twenty-four) calendar months or until the financial resource is exhausted, whichever condition occurs first, counted from the date of receipt of the notice to the contractor, but not later than the date of completion of the previous contract for the respective separate position. In the contract project for each separate position, the Contractor has provided an option to extend the execution period. If, one month before the expiration of the contract period for the respective separate position, there is unutilized financial resources, the Contractor has the right, through the Option for extending the contract period, based on Article 21, paragraph 1 of the ZOP, in relation to Article 5 of the PPZOP, to extend the contract period by up to 12 months, counted from the date of signing the additional agreement or until the unutilized financial resource is exhausted. The option(s) (for additional services and/or for extending the contract period) are realized through signing an additional agreement in accordance with Article 116, paragraph 1, subsection 1 of the ZOP. The realization of the option is not mandatory and depends on the emergence of interest/necessity for the Contractor. The procurement is financed by the Fund Shelter, Migration and Integration 2021-2027, IGPR 2023, project Ensuring conditions for reception and accommodation in DAB centres at MS, Contract No. 812108-73/01.09.2023 and the DAB at MS budget. Due to partial financing (up to 7 316 904 lv according to the project), the contract will be concluded under the conditions of Article 114 of the ZOP. with tender notice no. 703193-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
