By Decision No. 704 of the Council of Ministers of 05.10.2018 (measure No. 30 of Appendix No. 1 "Measures for Simplifying and Bringing Business Services into Compliance with the Act on Limiting Administrative Regulation and Administrative Control over Economic Activity"), the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW) was assigned the implementation of a measure to create a Unified Information System for Spatial Planning, Investment Design and Construction Permits (the System), through which to ensure that the regimes in the investment process are administered entirely electronically. The investment envisages the development of the System as a platform for providing electronic administrative services for spatial planning, investment design and construction permit. This will ease the administrative burden on citizens and businesses, significantly reducing the technological time for providing services in the sector of spatial planning, investment design, construction permits and commissioning of completed construction projects. In addition, the system will create opportunities for the provision of complex electronic administrative services.
