The DISTRICT "VZRAZHDANE" in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this contract is "Engineering – design, implementation of construction works and execution of supervision for the object: "Implementation of a lift (installation), renovation and major repairs for the implementation of energy efficiency measures on the building of 67 O.U. "Vasil Drumev" in UPI I – school, district 31, m. "Gyusev" № 63" in accordance with the current regulatory acts. The main objective of the contract is to increase the energy consumption class of the building, the intervention object, through the implementation of the activities specified in the project, to achieve energy consumption class "B", thermal comfort, and higher quality of the living environment. Specific objectives: - Improve the buildings energy characteristics by applying high-efficiency energy measures; - Improve the internal microclimate, thermal comfort, and operating conditions; - Improve the operational characteristics to extend the buildings life cycle; - Reduce energy consumption costs. According to the energy survey report and the buildings energy performance certificate, the following measures are included in the project: Energy-saving measure B1: Thermal insulation of external walls; Energy-saving measure B2: Replacement of external facade; Energy-saving measure B3: Thermal insulation of roof; Energy-saving measure B4: Thermal insulation of floor; Energy-saving measure C1: Energy-saving measure for replacement of heating systems and piping; Energy-saving measure C2: Measures for lighting systems. "Gyusev" № 63"; STEP III: Supervision - Execution of supervision during the construction/object implementation: "Implementation of a lift (installation), renovation and major repairs for the implementation of energy efficiency measures on the building of 67 O.U. "Vasil Drumev" in UPI I – school, district 31, m. "NPS Sredets", land plot with identifier 68134.305.123, building with identifier 68134.305.123.1, administrative address: city of Sofia, SO – district "Vozrazhdane", ul. "Gyusev" № 63". The main building of 67 O.U. "Vasil Drumev" was built in 1935. During the buildings operation, current repairs have been carried out, consisting of facade replacement, roof repairs, floor replacement, partial repairs of water supply systems, and other partial repairs to maintain the buildings fund. The building has not been fully renovated or thermally insulated. The building has a constructed area of 1354.86 m² and a total constructed area of 4506.30 m².
