The SLATINA DISTRICT in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for The scope of the public procurement includes the following activities: 1. Preparation of a comprehensive report on the conformity of the investment project with the basic requirements of construction, prepared in accordance with Article 166, paragraph 1, point 1, in the sense of Article 142, paragraph 6, point 2, paragraph 10 and paragraph 11, in accordance with the provisions of Article 142, paragraph 4 and paragraph 5 of the Territorial Organization Law (TOL); 2. Execution of construction supervision during the implementation of the construction works, in accordance with Articles 168 and 169b of the TOL, including coordination of the construction process until the object is put into operation, as well as preparation of the final report in accordance with Article 168, paragraph 6 of the TOL; 3. Performance of the role of Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Decision No. 2 of March 22, 2004, for the minimum requirements for health and safe working conditions during the execution of construction and installation works; 4. Preparation and registration of the technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the TOL and Decision No. 5 of December 28, 2006, for construction technical passports; 5. Submission of the necessary documents for the appointment of the receiving committee. The execution of the activities is for the entire period of construction and installation works execution on the objects until their put into operation in accordance with Article 177 of the Territorial Organization Law and Decision No. 2/2003 for the put into operation of construction works in the Republic of Bulgaria, as assigned during the contract period. The construction supervision period is dependent on the execution period of the specific types of construction works assigned by the contract. The procurement covers all projects and constructions for new construction, reconstruction, renovation and major repairs, which are of the third, fourth, or fifth category, and on which the Assignee, in the sense of Article 161 of the TOL, is the Capital City Municipality – district "Slatina", excluding construction works of the transport infrastructure. For each specific construction, construction supervision is carried out on all parts (specialties) of the project documentation. The contractor shall provide the service covered by this public procurement upon notification from the Assignee of the arising necessity. The scope of the public procurement may also include projects financed by EU funds or other external financial sources. In case a specific program or funding source has requirements that are incompatible with this public procurement, a separate procedure under the Public Procurement Law (ZOP) will be conducted and the contract for this procurement will not apply.
