The ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE AGENCY in Bulgaria from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this public procurement is the implementation of security through technical security systems of buildings and properties managed by the Road Infrastructure Agency, with a completion period of 36 (thirty-six) months, comprising 6 (six) separate items, as follows: Separate item 1: "Implementation of security through technical security systems for buildings and properties managed by the Road Infrastructure Agency" on the territory of the following districts: Sofia City, Sofia District, Pernik, Kyustendil and Blagoevgrad; Lot 2: "Implementation of security through technical security systems for buildings and properties managed by the Road Infrastructure Agency" on the territory of the following districts: Plovdiv, Haskovo, Kardzhali, Smolyan and Pazardzhik; Lot 3: "Implementation of security through technical security systems for buildings and properties managed by the Road Infrastructure Agency" in the following districts: Burgas, Sliven, Yambol and Stara Zagora; Lot 4: "Implementation of security through technical security systems for buildings and properties managed by the Road Infrastructure Agency" in the following districts: Varna, Dobrich, Shumen and Targovishte; Lot 5: "Implementation of security through technical security systems for buildings and properties managed by the Road Infrastructure Agency" on the territory of the following districts: Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Razgrad, Silistra and Ruse; Lot 6: "Implementation of security through technical security systems for buildings and properties managed by the Road Infrastructure Agency" in the following districts: Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven and Lovech. In this sense, the purpose of the public procurement is to select Contractors with whom contracts will be concluded under the six separate items for ensuring safety and security of the sites owned by RIA. This public procurement is divided into 6 (six) separate items. *IMPORTANT! EACH PARTICIPANT IN THE PROCEDURE HAS THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT A BID FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL POSITION! ​​​​​​​The subject of the public procurement, for each separate position, includes the implementation of the following activities: ˗ Property protection; ˗ Consultations regarding the profitability of security costs, correction schemes; ˗ Safety of materials, raw materials, machines and tools; ˗ Control of existing Technical Security Systems (TSS); ˗ Provision of alarm and security notification systems and panic buttons for use during the term of the order/contract; ˗ Installation of TSS; ˗ Providing security with alarm and security notification systems after the Client's working hours, by using an alarm and security system set and a radio transmitter for connection with the Contractor's dispatch center. ˗ Responding with a patrol car within 5 (five) minutes from the moment of registering the alarm signal at the duty center for guarded facilities located in a populated area, and within 15 (fifteen) minutes from the moment of registering the alarm signal at the duty center for guarded facilities located outside a populated area. ˗ Prevention of alarm and security systems and panic buttons at the expense of the Contractor for the term of the Contract. *Note: A detailed description of the subject of the public procurement is specified in the Technical Specification for the implementation of the public procurement - Appendix No. 1. with tender notice no. 672980-2026 published on 30 Sep 2026.
